Stephanie Frumkin, M.A. Ed.

Founder and CEO, Exceptional Educational Solutions

Educational Consultant

With a passion for excellence in education, Stephanie Frumkin earned both a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Leadership in Teaching with dual concentrations in Teaching English as a Second Language and School Administration and Supervision.

She furthered her professional development by completing multiple advanced-level trainings: Special Education Advocacy Training 2.0 with Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Special Education Law and Advocacy Training with Wrightslaw, Master IEP Coach Mentorship, and the Summer Training Institute with Independent Educational Consultants Association.

Stephanie has enjoyed over 25 years of experience in the field of education. She brings her broad education background to her educational consulting work with clients. She has taught in many settings including public schools, private schools, tutoring, homeschool co-ops, English language institutes, and community colleges. Additionally, she worked as a summer camp director, an education program administrator, and a homeschool umbrella group coordinator.

With her experience as both a teacher and as a parent, serving on both sides of the IEP table, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge regarding the ins and outs of schools, best practices in education, curricula, and a sensitivity to families struggling under the stress of a poor educational fit for their child.

After exploring a multitude of schools and alternative learning environments for her own "out-of-the-box” learners, she decided on the path of homeschooling for four and a half years. When her children were successfully placed in public and private schools, she became passionate about helping parents find learning environments tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Stephanie holds professional memberships in: IECA, COPAA, WISER, xMinds, and the GTLD Network. She is currently serving as Chair of the MCCPTA Special Education Committee.
